Position Summary:

As an HR Manager at D&B Emerging Tech, you will be a pivotal driver of our organizational success by overseeing the human resources functions that nurture our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will encompass managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will shape and implement HR policies and initiatives that foster a harmonious and productive work environment. With a strategic mindset and strong interpersonal skills, you will play a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent that contributes to our innovative pursuits.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in HR management roles, demonstrating expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

  • Proficiency in HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple HR functions while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address HR challenges and contribute to organizational growth.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently to drive HR initiatives.

Plus (But Not Required):

  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.

  • Experience in HR management within the technology, design, or AEC industry.

  • Familiarity with remote work dynamics and practices.
