Position Summary:

As an Operations Manager at D&B Emerging Tech, you will assume a central role in orchestrating and optimizing our day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibility will involve managing the logistical, administrative, and procedural aspects of the company to ensure seamless efficiency. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll oversee supply chain management, resource allocation, process optimization, and facilities coordination. With a meticulous attention to detail and strategic mindset, you will drive operational excellence that supports the company's innovative endeavors.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in operations management roles, showcasing adeptness in optimizing processes and resource allocation.

• Proficiency in operational techniques, including supply chain management, logistics, and facilities coordination.

• Excellent organizational skills, capable of overseeing multiple projects while ensuring timely execution.

• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to upholding operational standards and fostering efficiency.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively within a remote team environment.

• Ability to analyze data, identify operational inefficiencies, and implement effective solutions.

• Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously to drive operational improvements.

• Familiarity with technology-driven operations, such as inventory management software and workflow tools.

• Experience in managing operations within the AEC industry or similar field.
