Position Summary:

As a Visualization Specialist at D&B Emerging Tech, you will lead the charge in translating architectural concepts into captivating and immersive visual experiences. Your primary role will center around crafting photorealistic renderings, animations, and dynamic visuals that breathe life into our design narratives. In close collaboration with architects, designers, and project teams, your expertise will be harnessed to elevate our projects through striking imagery. Your mastery of visualization software and artistic acumen will be pivotal in producing visuals that resonate deeply with clients and stakeholders. Partnering seamlessly with our accomplished design and engineering cohorts, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our projects are presented with unparalleled clarity and aesthetic finesse.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.

• Demonstrable portfolio showcasing exceptional rendering skills and a track record of previous visualization projects.

• Proficiency in rendering software such as V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, Autodesk 3ds Max, or similar industry-standard tools.

• Strong grasp of lighting, materials, and composition in the context of rendering.

• Superlative communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written proficiency.

• Meticulous attention to detail and an artistic eye for crafting visual narratives.

• Aptitude for effective collaboration within a remote team environment.

• Stellar organizational skills enabling simultaneous management of multiple visualization projects.

 

Plus (But Not Required):

• Familiarity with diverse immersive tools , software, and hardware including VR/AR, Unreal Engine, Twinmotion, MetaQuest Pro (Oculus), and other similar tools.

• Background in animation, rigging, programming, algorithmic/generative/procedural scripting.
